The city of New Brunswick, NJ is enjoying a modern renaissance through the efforts of Rutgers University, private corporations like Johnson & Johnson, city government and property developers. New, luxury residences are on the city’s horizon such as The Aspire, a seventeen-story high-rise from Boraie Development LLC. In fact, New Jersey Spotlight’s January 2015 edition highlighted the trend toward making New Brunswick a reflection of the educational and cultural sophistication that is a part of a city that is home to a major university and is the seat of Middlesex County. This kind of development is much like what has been done in Newark, where Boraie Development also has a great influence.
The Aspire showcases 238 airy apartments from studios to two-bedroom units. The high-rise is ideally situated close to the New Brunswick Train Station, which features direct access to Manhattan and Philadelphia. The Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the Rutgers Medical School and campus sit across the street.
All of the apartments at The Aspire come with hardwood floors in the living areas and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. They are wired for cable television and high-speed Internet access. In addition, they are also outfitted with a state-of-the-art gas heating system. The high-rise itself fills a void in downtown New Brunswick by offering a residence with high-end amenities including a 24-hour doorman and a concierge system that enables residents to pay rent online, check messages regarding visitors and deliveries and stay on top of new activities and venues in the area.
The Aspire also boasts public areas including a 24-hour fitness center, a roof deck that’s available for entertainment, a lounge area that includes a catering kitchen with a dining table accommodating parties of twelve, a pool table, flat-screen TVs and WiFi as well as an outdoor terrace. Entertaining “at home” has never been so inviting.
