What do you think of the video? I’m too distracted by the circa ‘TrapMuzik’ accent to really enjoy it. Tip is still a lil’cutie, though!
So, Tip chatted with the ladies of “The View” yesterday. Love Tip. Hate the glasses. Not buying/reading the book. Haven’t wached this video yet.
This video for “Stay” reunites Tyrese with his “Baby Boy” co-star, Taraji P. Henson. The song has a bit of a retro vibe – which I like. I also like seeing Tyrese back to a normal size – wasn’t really feeling all those muscles. THIS is the Tyrese I like…
10 years ago today Detroit lost it’s baby girl -singer/actress Aaliyah Haughton. Rest in peace, Aaliyah. We miss you.
Poet/singer/songwriter Gil Scott-Heron died May 27, in New York. His music is classic, and he will be misssed.
Yes, I still like “Sesame Street”. I’m not ashamed…
Remember when young, female singers actually wore clothes, sang songs that were age appropriate, and made videos their grandparents could watch? Shanice Wilson was only 14 years old when she began recording, and 18 years old in 1991, when she blew us all away with the song ” I Love Your Smile”. The video only made us love her even more. Wasn’t she just the cutest thing?
Shanice went on to record 4 more albums after “Inner Child”, but I must admit my favorite Shanice performance (besides this one) is when she sang back up for Babyface on his song “All Day Thinkin’” – Do you be thinkin’ ’bout me, Babylove?
Shanice is married to actor Flex Alexander, and the couple have two children.
