TLC, EnVogue & Nia Long are proof that beauty extends beyond the age of 30. Lasting beauty is achievable at any age, but it does require hard work and discipline. A healthy diet, and a workout regimen – one personally tailored for you – is key. I weight train 3 days a week – (twice w/a personal trainer), and am very careful about what I eat – but I don’t starve myself. I’d bet these ladies put in much more work than I do!
Maybe I should put on a gown, and put My picture in this post.
