Looks like the 3rd times the charm. DMX has been arrested for a 3rd time.

According to the Miami Herald:

Rapper DMX was arrested Monday on a warrant for not having a valid driver’s license, Miami-Dade police say.
The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, 37, was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Monday afternoon. His bond is set at $500.

If I’m not mistaken – wasn’t that one of the charges when they popped X the last time? Dude – you’re not Britney Spears – you gets no pass. Put down the pipe, and go get a license!
