In deference to my girls Angella & Mercedes  - I’m gonna let Tip (but ONLY Tip) do what he do, and  I won’t say “Pull Your Damn Pants Up, Tip” today. Instead, I will pose THIS question: Do they make boxers with the jeans attached low, and these rappers are REALLY rockin’ the “Faux Sag” - grabbing on their belts just for effect? Or does gravity just work differently for some folk?
