Word is Lil’ Wayne has entered rehab for his lean addiction. Lean is a codeine/promethazine/sprite concoction that is popular in the South.

I’m not a Weezy fan, but I really hope this is not just a rumor. Lil Wayne’s a young guy with a brilliant career, a lovely little girl, and unfortunately – a nasty habit that will have long term effects if it’s not addressed. Said nasty habit must be responsible for the crazy comments that have been attributed to Lil Wayne, ‘cuz no one in his right mind would compare Weezy to Jesus.  Best wishes to Lil’ Wayne as he tries to get clean.
